Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the CM8 platform at cm8.wine, you hereby agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. This agreement is comprehensive and applies to all services, games, promotions, and features provided by CM8.

Account Closure and Suspension

CM8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the CM8 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all checks are completed, subject to current policies.

Liability Limits
